LABOR DAY COULDNT COME ANY SOONER

This week is going by so fast and im LOVING it. I cant hardly wait to venture to visit my family this weekend for Labor Day Weekend. Family is what matters the most to me and the thought of being with them in 2 days makes me so happy. Yes im still training, im working on a new diet and trying a new route to my goals, i have amazing feelings about the road im traveling right now and i feel it is taking me straight to the finish line. But if you train/compete/ or just diet to have a healthier self you know about all the obstacles that pop up during your venture. So wish me luck and feel free to ask questions along the way.

VANCOUVER HERE I COME....

I am pretty much packed besides all my toiletries but now i just cant seem to go to sleep. So im watching my most favorite TV channel... thats right the FOOD channel it is amazing. Well the sooner i go to sleep the sooner i will be visiting one of the most beautiful cities in Canada. GOODNIGHT xoxo

ONLY TWO DAYS ....

I leave friday for Vancouver and i am so excited to see this amazing city and to meet amazing people. My hotel is booked, and am working on my packing list. Is it warm this time of year? I hope so since all i have packed so far is shorts and work out gear. I hope "Femsport" goes well for me cause i would LOVE to have a reason to journey back to Van and spend some more time in the amazing city and maybe stay extra days to tour.

GETTING AIRFARE TODAY....

Vancouver is happening next friday... I am so excited to visit Canada especially since i have never been there. My life needs a break and this is the perfect business trip for me. :D

MY BIRTHDAY..... :D

Well, its officially my birthday and i am so grateful for SOOO many things. To name just the most important i would have to say my mother, father, all immediate family and of coarse a very special man in my life that supports me through all the good and the bad. Thank you mother for giving me a life that has shown me there is no limit to what one person can do if he/she puts there mind to it. i love you with all my heart. And also, my hero, Sharon; my grandmother recently deceased and one of the most beautiful women i have ever know, you will ALWAYS be in my heart.

Just am getting prepared for my Photo Shoot with the amazing Andrew Nicholson. Were going to have a day full of traveling and art. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work with someone that is so well known and artistic. And this means i will have new pics within a couple weeks to show off.
